“I’m a big fan of Zac’s,” says Alan.


















Alan Jackson and the Zac Brown Band have already had
considerable success with their collaboration “As She’s Walking Away”
and now, Alan says, Zac Brown lent his warm vocals to a song on Alan’s
upcoming [color:36e3=blue ! important][color:36e3=blue ! important]album.

“I’m a big fan of Zac’s,” Alan told reporters prior to a concert in
Nashville on Wednesday, Sept. 21. “Zac owed me a favor. He said, ‘You do
one with me, I’ll come over and sing [one with you], so he came in and
sang with me on one of my [color:36e3=blue ! important][color:36e3=blue ! important]songs,” says Alan.

Alan says his album crafting process hasn’t changed much over the
years, and notes that his upcoming album is nearly completed. “It’s
really no different than it was twenty years ago," says Alan. "It’s the
same attention to it and we look for material. Keith [Stegall has]
always produced everything. I’ve always just tried to remember what it’s
like to be a fan and find songs that they might like more than songs
that would be nominated for a Grammy or something, that might help your
career last a little longer, making music for the real people.”

Though Alan has performed numerous duets during his career, he still
has a few left on his bucket list. “There’s a lot of people. Willie
Nelson has got to sing with everybody, but I’ve never got to sing with
him. Merle Haggard, I’ve sung songs in tribute to Merle [but not with
Merle].”

Coy Bowles, is not only the ZBB keys and guitar player, he is also Zac’s motorcycle riding buddy, Clay Cooks‘s partner in crime, Wyatt Durette‘s vacation writing collaborator, etc.
And on Oct. 4th, he is releasing his first solo album on Southern Ground Records. Make
no mistake though, this album is filled with his family. With
appearances from almost every member of the the ZBB band, and duos with
the likes of Southern Ground artists Sonia Leigh and Levi Lowery, this is a record about love….thus the name Love Takes Flight

Trop cool !! J'aime bien ce que fait Coy Bowles !!! J'ai déjà entendu un album qu'il avait fait avec son groupe Coy Bowles and The Fellowship !! C'était bien donc j'attends avec impatience d'écouter ce nouvel album !!!

Vraiment bizarre la cover de l'album !

Heureusement le titre "The Wind" est excellent !!!

Carrément,la pochette est vraiment à chier.

Ouais la pochette est vraiment étrange et ce encore + pour 1 album de Country ! M'enfin vivement le disque, et j'ai hate d'écouter le titre "Island Song" ...

Franchement je l'aime beaucoup la pochette ça fait très Underground

Disons que cette pochette fait + Hard Rock/Heavy Metal que pochette de disque Country ...

Qu'est ce que j'aime ce son de guitare sèche cher ZBB ! (début du lien)

Phénoménal ce Uncaged ; vraiment j'ai jamais eu autant de plaisir a écouter du Zac Brown Band qu'avec cet album , un pur joyau rien a jeter , tous les morceaux sont excellents ; Bruno toi qui s'est senti lésé en matière de chansons Island/Mexican/Carrebean songs avec le dernier album de Kenny , vas te régaler avec le nouveau ZBB , je pense au morceau Island Song qui a des sonorités Reggae et aussi Jump Right In , perso je le trouve bien meilleur que le précédent "You Get What You Give" ; jusque là c'est vraiment l'album de l'année et de loin , une vrai démonstration de leur génie ce Uncaged.

Il ressemble beaucoup a The Foundation leur premier album qui est un chef d’œuvre a mes yeux ,et sur ce nouvel album ils alternent entre ballades (qui sont toutes sublimes) , Up-tempo songs, Southern Rock ,Island Songs ,et toutes ces influences sont parfaitement cohérentes au final ,Ils ont réussi à encercler l'ensemble de ces sons dans un album cohérent. Ils sont carrément a l'image d'eux même encore une fois ; sont vraiment uniques dans le paysage Country, avec des arrangements et une production qu'on trouve uniquement chez eux, ils sont vraiment maîtres de leurs métier a ce stade de leur carrière .

Pendant mes vacances j'ai recu dans ma boite aux lettre le dernier ZBB, bien sympa le p'tit digi-pack avec l'autocollant ZBB.
J'ai écouté le disque, vous aviez raison il est excellent ce disque. Du son Country, du son Island de l'acoustique, du Rock, qq surprises comme l'excellent "Overnight" !
Très très satisfait en tous cas de ce dernier album ! J'adore ce titre "Overnight" avec les cuivres ... fabuleux !




Celle ci aussi est excellente !
