Une triste nouvelle qui viens de tomber : Curb Records le vendredi a intenté un procès pour rupture de contrat dans le comté de Davidson Chancery Court contre Tim McGraw dans le cadre d'un accord d'enregistrement du label avec McGraw .!!
Curb reproche a Tim d'avoir enregistré l'album "Emotional Traffic" (qui devait sortir en Octobre 2010) »trop tôt avant son exécution » ,Tim aurait emprunter une tactique transparente pour tenter de remplir son engagement contractuel d'enregistrement en vue de réduire prématurément en violation de l'accord d'enregistrement."
En effet McGraw a commencé à enregistrer "Emotional Traffic" en 2008 ou avant, bien avant la période autorisée en vertu du contrat, selon Curb.

Tim McGraw a déclaré au Billboard dans une interview à l'époque "Southern Voice" : que l'album
Southern VOice a été réalisé très tard par la label , alors qu'il a été fin prèt depuis 2007 (c'est a dire 2ans auparavant) et Interrogé sur le retard dans la sortie de l'album, McGraw a répondu :

"You're from Nashville, you know about Curb Records. They had three greatest-hits records out or something like that [between 2007's 'Let It Go' and 'Southern Voice']. I thought ['Voice'] was coming out a lot quicker than it did, then the greatest hits records kept dropping. I've got one record left on this label, and I can't help but think that it was a stall tactic to add another year to my contract."

Curb aurait réaliser a ce jour 6 compilations de Tim McGraw en tout ; dont 5 entre la période 2006-2010 .La demande en dommages-intérêts non divulgués est une "une injonction l'empêchant d'accepter de fournir, ses services personnels comme un artiste d'enregistrement au profit des parties autres que Curb Records jusqu'à ce qu'il ait rempli ses devoirs et obligations en vertu de l'accord d'enregistrement. "

En réponse à l'action, un porte-parole du camp McGraw a déclare sur Billboard cette déclaration: "Malheureusement, après une relation de 20 ans qui a fourni un succès sans précédent pour les deux parties, Curb Records a choisi de mettre fin à son accord avec Tim McGraw par déposer une plainte contre lui.

Ben l'histoire des Greatest Hits comme tu le sais y est pas pour grand chose lui, c'est sa maison disque et là il est en plein suite judiciaires pour rupture de contrat et pour le nouvel album il est bel et bien fini depuis pas mal de temps déjà , il s'appelle Emotional Traffic ! mais sa maison de disque Curb s'obstine a le sortir sur le marché.

Je suis d'accord avec toi,sa maison de disque lui a imposer peut-être ces choses là mais il n'empêche que sur le coup de son dernier album,il n'a pas été très malin.

J'espère qu'il se soritra de tous ces problèmes !!!!

Cool !! Moi c'est vraiment grâce à lui, la première chanson que j'ai entendu c'est "Cowboy in Me" et c'est comme ça que mon histoire avce la country music à commencer !!

Tim McGraw has toured and recorded with his

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Will Release New Music in 2012

New Year’s is still a few months away, but country music couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are already nailing down their resolution for 2012: to release new albums.



That will be an especially big feat for McGraw, who has been battling
with his record company to release new music since his last album hit
in 2009. Curb Records and the ‘Live Like You Were Dying’ singer are scheduled to meet in court
to discuss the matter this November. If the battle is successful for
McGraw, it’s likely we’d hear new tunes by very early in the new year.

“I really feel like there’s a lot more ahead of me than behind me,” McGraw tells the Sydney Morning Herald
of where he’s headed in his career. ”I’m really just starting to figure
out what I want to do and the music I want to make. I’m only about 30
per cent into my career. It’s been foothills until now.”

As for Hill, she tells the Australian paper that she’s got plans for a
new album as well — even spilling that the next will be her deepest
record yet. ”I’m a lover of soul music,” Hill says. “I was brought up in
the church and that was the first music I ever heard and ever
performed. I’ve tried to infuse that into my albums over the years but I
haven’t been able to do that until this one. I feel like I’ve dug a
little deeper than previously. I fought for that space within myself
and I found it.”

McGraw and Hill will head down under in March for an expansive joint tour, touching all of the major cities in Australia. The Tim McGraw/Faith Hill 2012 Australian Tour kicks off officially at the Burswood Dome in Perth on March 14.

Tim McGraw Will Soon Have Two Unreleased Albums in the Can






Tim McGraw fans haven’t gotten a new album from him since 2009′s Southern Voice due to legal issues with his label Curb Records. Tim tells the Sydney Morning Herald his completed album, Emotional Traffic, is being “held hostage” in that legal dispute. Both sides are currently suing each other and will go to court next July.

Tim plans to start recording another new album very soon even though
he’s not sure just yet when fans will get to hear it. This trouble
hasn’t stalled his creative drive.

Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw
are reportedly planning a 2012 tour that will be tough to beat. The
country superstars are rumored to be finalizing details on a
co-headlining show that will rival the 2011 dates Chesney did with the Zac Brown Band.

Industry trade publication Country Aircheck reports that the official
announcement isn’t expected for a few more days. Whether this will be a
stadium, amphitheater or arena tour remains to be seen, but there’s
little doubt the two could sell out football stadiums like Chesney and
the Zac Brown Band did last summer.

In addition, Country Aircheck reports that the two singers are
working on a duet. If this is true, it seems likely that it’d end up on a
future Chesney project, as McGraw’s recording career has been put on
pause while he works out legal differences with his label, Curb Records.

Chesney and McGraw are longtime friends and have previously worked
together on Tracy Lawrence’s 2006 hit ‘Find Out Who Your Friends Are.’
In June 2000, both men were arrested
after Chesney failed to follow police orders to get off of an officer’s
horse in Buffalo, N.Y. McGraw came to his aid and both men were charged
but later cleared. We’re confident any upcoming collaboration will not
result in Faith Hill bailing them out.

Tim Mcgraw Makes It On People Magazine’s Sexy List





Faith Hill and People magazineare on the same page. They both agree Tim McGraw is one of the sexiest men alive.

McGraw is one of 12 on People’s final list, led by Bradley
Cooper. McGraw is 44. People says he stays “Country Strong” with 200
push-ups and crunches each day. He also credits his 15-year marriage to
Hill and being dad to three daughters for keeping him grounded.

une terrible ballade très intime , le truc c'est que ce single est toujours réaliser par le label Curb !!!
